  • Approvals: Applicable Department of Telecommunications, state, municipal, building, aviation, environmental, and other requirements must be checked for the specific site.
  • Written terms: Rent, duration, access, maintenance, taxes, liabilities, and termination terms must be recorded in a signed agreement with the responsible contracting party.
  • Independent verification: Applicants should verify the contracting entity and seek legal or financial advice before signing documents or making any payment.
